A Message from our President:

Getting Ready for an Exciting New Year!

Hello Valued Member,

Happy Holidays to all our loyal Chicagoland Carwash Association members. Thank you for your continued support throughout the years. This will be my first of many messages that will be sent out this year. Our 2017 Holiday Dinner at the Arlington Heights Coopers Hawk was a huge success. Thank you to all that attended and helped us raise over $1600 for “BBQ for the Brave.” Jim and Gayla Smith started this backyard fundraiser with just 50 people a few years ago and last summer evolved to over 1500 in attendance. We at the CCA just love supporting this awesome organization that helps disabled veterans find and modify their homes after injuries from serving our country. Thank you, Mr. Jim & Gayla Smith. You will have our continued support

Evolving the CCA:

I joined the CCA board back in early 2010 as a director to help jumpstart our industry from the downturn in the market of 2009. I started thinking out of the box and opened other’s eyes on how our industry could change for a better and stronger future. Then I was asked to become the Treasurer in 2014. There were many things to do on our list to get us caught up in the new millennium such as updating our website from a splash page to more of an informational user-friendly tool allowing our members to pay for dinner meetings and outings. In streamlining our website, we cut costs in administrative duties, supplies & postage. We also created a social media presence utilizing Facebook, Yelp, LinkedIn, and Instagram. This gave us an avenue to stay informed and up-to-date with the news and change of our industry. In creating these pages that are free of charge, we have cut our cost even further within our organization. These savings allow us to have an administrative position that can dedicate more time and energy to our association. I would like to introduce Rachel Grundner to our team as the new association administrator.

I feel that adding Rachel gives us some real new blood that is needed to propel us further. She is very proficient in social media and has some really cool ideas to help our organization grow. Learn more about Rachel here or feel free to connect with her on LinkedIn.

2018’s Membership Incentive Program:

We have set-up an incentive program starting right now! For every New CCA member referred by a current member, we will gift 25% of the membership fee paid to the current member who referred them. We feel with this incentive program we will grow our membership very fast and are looking to get over 200 members within our organization by the end of 2018.
